7-Day Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.

Eligible for Return/Refund:

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or with printing errors are eligible for return. Items that are significantly different from what was shown on the website at the time of order also qualify. Unworn and unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact may be returned. Wrong size or wrong product delivered by us will be accepted for return.

Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Custom printed products with your uploaded design are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned. Items without original packaging or tags are not eligible. Change of mind after placing order for custom prints is not accepted. Size issues due to incorrect selection by customer are not covered under this policy.

How to Request a Return

Email us at digitechservices088@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the product showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received by us, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement product at no extra cost once the original item is returned and inspected.
