At Digital Services, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India. Orders can be placed from anywhere and shipped to any serviceable pin code. During checkout, you can verify if delivery is available in your area by entering your pin code.

Processing Time

For ready-made products, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For custom printed products, processing takes 2-4 business days as your design is printed fresh after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 4-5 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee applies as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment on our website or directly on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us at digitechservices088@gmail.com with your order number. In case of lost shipments, we will either reship the product or issue a full refund after verification with our courier partner.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy to help you.

Cancellation Window

For ready-made products, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. For custom printed products, cancellation is only allowed within 2 hours of placing the order, as printing begins immediately after confirmation.

How to Cancel

Email us at digitechservices088@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. You can also reply to your order confirmation email requesting cancellation. Our team will confirm cancellation status within 24 hours.

Refund on Cancellation

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the same account. For COD orders, no refund is required as payment was not collected.

Cancellation Not Allowed

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy. Custom printed orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Order Modification

If you wish to modify your order (size, colour, design), contact us immediately at digitechservices088@gmail.com. Modifications are only possible if the order has not entered the printing or dispatch stage.
